I have contacted the customer service team 3 times now. It was the middle of Feb I purchased this and still nothing. I'm getting the feeling this is one great big scam
My bonus Superdrug points (for a different item) have been showing as pending since last November! I have listened to all the excuses offered but this is a completely inexcusable state of affairs.
